29 Agency created an overall packaging campaign for Before Grain that continued the edgy brand’s approach to the pet industry market space. The execution targeted the educated pet owner and used the new food pyramid as the base for design. With the striking color palette, clean design style and originality, Before Grain literally leapt off the shelf of independent pet stores nationwide. It continues to be one of the fastest-selling pet food in the industry.
When Project 7 decided to launch their fourth line of consumer goods, 29 Agency found a way to make the packaging environmentally friendly, convenient and fun. Now that's fresh!
When 29 Agency was contracted to create Project 7's packaging design both aesthetics and social responsibility were taken into account. Because Project 7 strives to be a socially responsible company, 29 Agency sought ways to keep that integrity throughout all of the materials used for packaging. The water bottles are made from 100% recyclable PET and labels printed with water-based inks. The gum wraps are made from 40% post consumer recycled material. Instead of traditional trays, Project 7 water is shipped in cases also made from recycled material. This allows the company to ship the same amount of water in four trucks that traditionally takes five – cutting energy and material consumption by an average of over 25%.

We created "counter top" worthy designs that leveraged the Merrick brand.
