Web Developer
Location: Southlake, TX

Job Description:

Design, develop, test, debug and maintain dynamic and secure web sites Contribute heavily to the strategic planning and development of the websites, applications, and other web-based initiatives

  • Full service agency experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to effectively communicate online strategy and explain functionality to clients who may think the internet is a series of tubes
  • High understanding of Search Engine Optimization and Marketing
  • Ability to work independantly and as part of a team
  • Work with third-party vendors (hosting companies, partners)
  • Actively evaluate emerging technologies and current online trends

Professional Skills:

  • Adobe Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop and Illustrator CS or higher
  • PHP, MySQL, CSS, JavaScript, HTML
  • Browsers: IE 6 & 7, Firefox, Safari
  • Platforms: Mac, PC

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years professional web development

Internships
Location: Southlake, TX

29 Agency is constantly on the search for talented, highly motived and self-driven students to gain hands-on experience in a creative agency environment. And by experience we don't mean making trips to get us coffee everyday (we have a machine for that). We respect that you would take time away from following Nickelback around the country to join the 29 team, and thus you will be a highly appreciated member and will be directly involved in the creative process.

Candidates must be currently registered in a college or university to receive credit. Interns not receiving class credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Relevant/applicable majors include: Graphic Design, Interactive Media, Advertising, Marketing

Percentage Travel: 10-75%
